Nicco Baumann

Nicco Baumann is a third-generation pool builder with a modern approach to design and construction. Raised in the family business, Nicco brings fresh perspective and innovation to every project — pushing the limits of what’s possible with complex engineering, thoughtful materials, and precise execution. Clients appreciate his attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to make even the most technical aspects feel approachable. Nicco ensures every build meets the highest standards. He lives in Walnut Creek with his fiancée and loves to travel whenever he gets the chance — always looking for new inspiration in design and landscape from around the world.

Chuck Baumann

Chuck Baumann has had a passion for crafting backyard environments since he was a young boy, following in the footsteps of his father — one of Contra Costa County’s earliest custom pool builders in the 1950s. With over 1,400 pools built and over 46 years at the helm of Creative Environments, Chuck approaches each project as a blend of artistry, engineering, and lifestyle. He’s known for building strong relationships with clients and finds deep satisfaction in seeing how a thoughtfully designed space can transform the way a family lives and gathers. When he’s not on a job site or meeting with homeowners, you’ll likely find Chuck enjoying a glass of wine and good conversation at his ranch house.
